Program eligibility
Fresh Start is intended for applicants who meet all of the following requirements:
- Not currently experiencing drug addiction
- No sex-offender record
- No violent-crime conviction within the past 10 years
A coordinator reviews every intake privately and will discuss eligibility and next steps with you.
